Crystal Healing
Crystal energy can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. The crystals emit their own individual signals which can activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being. I look forward to speaking to you in more detail about which crystals can help with ailments or when used in conjunction with Reiki can help balance chakras.
Numerology
Numerology is the study of relevant numbers in your life to identify and make you aware of your strengths, weaknesses, synchronicities and to help self discovery.

I use the name from your birth certificate along with your date of birth to produce a 3 sided, A4 report of your information. Reports are sent via email and a zoom or telephone appointment after receiving the report can be arranged to talk through your report. Contact me for more information.
Oils
My interest in the use of essential oils for healing and wellbeing began with a book on a shelf at my Nana's house. As a child I would often pick up the book enjoying the colourful images of the flowers but not fully understanding what it was I was reading. The smell of lavender reminding me often of her. Aroma can have such a massive impact on our mood and well being. The modality now known as Aromatherapy began in ancient times with evidence of plants being used in India and China for medicinal purposes, the Egyptians using them in cosmetics and embalming and the Romans using them in their baths.

I currently make up roller bottles to be used topically and often use my diffuser when preparing my room for a Reiki client to help with relaxation.
