Cacao Ceremonies
Originating from the Theobroma cacao tree, cacao has been utilised
for thousands of years, dating back to the ancient civilisation of the
Mayans and the Aztecs, who revered it for it's invigorating and
healing properties.
Cacao is one of the highest natural sources of antioxidants and one
of the highest sources of magnesium known to man. It also contains
calcium and magnesium in perfect ratios that are fully absorbable by
the body. Its is also high in an extensive number of vitamins and
minerals including B vitamins, vitamins A, C and D, calcium, zinc,
copper and potassium.

Cacao ceremonies are sacred rituals that use cacao to facilitate spiritual connection, healing and personal growth. The ceremonies are intended to create a safe space for participants to explore their inner selves and paying tribute to the ancient traditions of the old order. They connect to the earth elements, mother nature, our soul our ancestors, guides and the Universe.

As we sit in sacred space we show gratitude, set conscious intentions and mindfully drink ceremonial grade cacao.

Cacao has become popular to be drunk within such practices as yoga, meditation, shamanic drum journeying and sound therapy. Enabling cacao to be a wonderful addition to any healing practitioner.

Munay-Ki

What is Munay-Ki?
Munay - Universal Love Ki - Japanese word for energy Munay-Ki - The Energy of Love

When Janet first heard about Munay-Ki Rites she knew it was something that she wanted to be a part of. It was however a few years later before she would be initiated and receive all nine rites.

The Munay-Ki Rites are nine sacred Rites originating from
the Q'ero Indians, the High Shamans of the Andes in Peru.
These Rites have only recently become available to those of
us in the West, although it is believed that it will be
Westerners who will take the Rites into the World. The Rites
of the Munay-Ki were brought to the West by Dr. Alberto
Villoldo, a medical anthropologist who spent decades with
the High Shamans of the Amazon and Andes of Peru. These
Rites heal, protect and transform the human energy field,
referred to as the Luminous Energy Field, which can be seen
as the aura or the essential Ki which every living organism
has. Each of us holds with in us the potential for
transformation and enlightenment, the Rites help with this
process. The Rites can only be passed on by someone who
has previously been initiated with all nine Rites. Once you
have received these Rites, you 'hold' them in your luminous
energy field and are able to transmit and share them with
other people.

Munay-Ki offers Shamanic wisdom for the modern person. As explained by Alberto Villoldo - In essence the Rites are about stewardship. They are not ego-awards or recognition of any kind of achievement nor do they make anyone special. On the contrary, they make one uniquely unimportant. Only then from a position of no ego, can we truly be of service.
